A level results 2008

  • For the sixth successive year students achieved a pass rate of between 98 and 100% (2007: 99%; 2006: 98%, 2005: 99%, 2004: 100%) and an average of three or more A level passes each.
  • 43% of all passes were grade A.
  • 89% of all passes were grades A - C.
  • Three or more A grades were achieved by twelve students (20% of all candidates).
