How to apply

Our application process seeks to be as straightforward as possible, and to determine whether Leighton Park will be the best possible environment for your child to grow and develop.

The most common years of entry are Year 7, Year 9 and the Lower Sixth. However, if places are available, applications will also be considered for Years 8 and 10.

Detailed information about our application procedures depends upon your current country of residence. See applications by UK nationals or residents or applications by international students.

Entry in September 2009:

Applications are now being submitted and are welcome; please contact the Admissions office to discuss arrangements for Entrance Tests and visiting.

From immediate effect, due to pressure on places, Leighton Park will no longer be offering deferred entry places; for families who have already accepted or been offered a deferred place, there is obviously no change.

Entry in September 2010 and beyond.

There will be only one day of Entrance Tests, to be held in the January preceding the September of entry.  Candidates applying after the Test date, will be invited to attend an individual test.
