Sports Facilities - Astro Turf
The astro turf pitch is situated within Leighton Park's extensive grounds. This superb facility is marked out with 2 x 5-a-side football pitches with 4 full-size goal posts during the winter months and 12 tennis courts during the summer.
From September - March the floodlights are operational and the facility is an ideal venue for football training or matches fro children's football teams (6-14 yrs). Please note these floodlights are set to turn off at 21:00 hours.
The facility is not available for hire for hockey.
Charges & Availabilty
| Hire of Astro turf pitch (whole pitch) | £ 80.00 per hour |
| Hire of Astro turf pitch (half pitch) | £ 40.00 per hour |
During termtime the picthes are used by pupils during the school day but are available for hire at the following times
Monday - Friday 19:30 hours - 21:00 hours
Saturday - Sunday 09:00 hours - 22:00 hours
During school holidays the pitches are generally available for bookings
Monday - Sunday 09:00 hours - 22:00 hours.
