Christmas market delights

The Christmas markets in Aachen were the highlight of Year 8 and 9 students of German's recent trip.  The wealth of gorgeous food, handmade crafts and jewellery delighted the pupils, who enjoyed trying out their language skills as they shopped. 

 A visit to the ancient Cathedral and the Schatzkammer (home of the oldest Crown jewels in Europe) completed the visit.
