Fryer Festival brings Summer to School

As the annual highlight in the Fryer calendar, the Fryer Festival once again produced a feast of drama, poetry, music and comedy, all of which thought provoking and thoroughly entertaining. The theme of Summer Time enabled the audience to reflect on what Summer means to different people, whether it be centred around sport (Wimbledon, cricket and the Olympic Games), the seaside or travel with family. The event also took a historical viewpoint to help us remember the disasterous summer battles of World War One.
