All at sea

Britain's naval history came to life for Year 7 as they visited Portsmouth's historic dockyard.  Pupils were amazed by the "Mary Rose" in its' haze of water and wax, and shocked by the hard truth about life on the "Victory".

 The maggots in the ship's biscuits seems to have made an impression! The visit also took in warship HMS Warrior and "Action Stations" with simulations of life in the navy.
