Careers Guidance

All Sixth Form students benefit from a regular programme of careers and university guidance: via individual and group tutorials, access to the Sixth Form Centre, the Careers Library and on-line services.

A tutorial programme is in place to assist students in the university application process. This includes ample provision and expertise for those who wish to apply to Oxford or Cambridge.

All students have the opportunity to become members of the Independent Schools Careers Organisation (ISCO). The school facilitates students’ access to course finder (an on-line programme linked to the Morris by psychometric tests), and to a network of careers advisors who supply information about degree and career experience courses, institutions and their entrance requirements.

All Lower Sixth students have the opportunity to undertake a week-long work-shadowing or work experience placement. For students studying modern foreign languages this could include work abroad.
