NPLQ
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
The NPLQ course is a nationally recognised, professional qualification, which enables you to be a Lifeguard in swimming pools throughout the country.
Course Dates: 31st March, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th April
Times: 08:00 - 17:00
Cost: £250.00 (Fee includes RLSS pack and exam fee)
Venue: Leighton Park School
To qualify for the course the following apply:
You must be at least 16 yrs of age at the commencement of the course
Attend all dates indicated above and pass both practical and theory exam
Be a competent swimmer (recommendation is 100m continuously on both front and back strokes) and will be expected to submerge to a depth of 1.5-2 meters
Be physically fit with good hearing and vision.
Please bring shorts, t-shirts, whistle, swimwear and writing materials. There will be two swimming sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
