Our son clearly benefited from the high standards of teaching and support. We have seen with pleasure what personal benefit he and his friends have gained as they matured into tolerant, friendly young people. Close Quote

The community life at Leighton Park School is enhanced by the enthusiastic support of an active Parent Teacher Association. The PTA's  primary aim is bringing the community together in a variety of ways. New ideas and members are always welcome and the association enjoys the involvement of teachers, parents, guardians and pupils. Events are often so well attended that there is an opportunity to fund raise for charity and, on occasion, particular school projects that will benefit the pupils.. However, sharing community life is the priority.

The transition to senior school and a child’s growing independence can sometimes make it more difficult for parents and guardians to become involved in school life. Those chats with fellow parents at the start and end of the day become less common. The PTA events and clubs provide a way to meet other parents and school staff and to enjoy that sense of belonging to the Leighton Park community. Our group events, theatre, book and film, offer the opportunity to meet other people without the formality of attending as a couple.

Please feel free to become involved at any time
and in whatever way suits your time and commitments.
