The Junior Drama Production featuring students in Years 7, 8 and 9 is looking brilliant with curtain up only a couple of weeks away!
This enchanting stage adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s classic novel follows the journey of four siblings—Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie—who are evacuated from war-torn London to the countryside during World War II. While exploring their new home, Lucy stumbles upon a magical wardrobe that serves as a gateway to the mystical land of Narnia.
Narnia is under the icy rule of the White Witch, who has cast the land into perpetual winter. As the Pevensie children venture further into this enchanted world, they join forces with the noble lion Aslan and an array of fantastical creatures to challenge the Witch’s reign. Along the way, Edmund falls under the Witch’s spell, causing conflict within the group, but ultimately, love, bravery, and sacrifice prevail.
A story of adventure, betrayal, redemption, and courage, Adrian Mitchell’s dramatisation brings the magic of Narnia to life, capturing the timeless battle between good and evil in a visually stunning and emotionally gripping production.
