Inspection Regime for
Independent Schools

In common with all Independent Schools, Leighton Park is regularly inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) to ensure high quality provision.

Unlike Ofsted, the ISI do not make a single overarching judgement of a school but instead give an assessment of each aspect of a school's provision.

Leighton Park had a full inspection in November 2024, with the report published in January 2025. The report identifies that we have met all regulatory standards and is notably positive and rich in commendation. We are particularly pleased to have been recognised for a 'significant strength' in an area that defines us: our values.
