On Thursday 11th December, students and staff came along to watch ‘Housemaster’ in the main hall, filmed by our Year 13 Film and TV students. Based off the popular British panel TV show Taskmaster, our four House Clerks Ellie Smales, Lauren Brandwood, Debbie Ince, and Imogen Cook competed to impress our judges Luke Walters, Head, and Eddie Falshaw, Senior Deputy Head, all dressed in their festive gear!
Each contestant had to complete two pre-recorded tasks and one live task, which they were not aware of before to add some extra fun, in the hopes of impressing our judges and the crowd. They were then given a score on their ability to complete the tasks. Like the show, our audience and hosts watched together the tasks for the first time, which made for some entertaining impressions. Despite the madness of it all, they all could not stop laughing at how one another handled the tasks differently. Ultimately, Debbie claimed the win, congratulations to Cadbury!
