At lunchtime on Friday 20th October, Parents of recent new starters enjoyed a taste of what their children are lucky enough to enjoy each and every day at Leighton Park. Oakview Restaurant welcomed the PSC for a lunchtime tasting, including the usual Friday favourite of Fish (Pan fried Seabass or Moroccan Salmon), Chips and Mushy Peas. Also on the menu was Spicy crispy fried chicken, Vegan fish strips, Vegan Southern roast Quorn fillet and a selection of hot vegetables. Not to forget the expansive colourful salad bar and pasta offerings.
To make our last lunch before long leave extra special, Catering Manager, Alessandro Albanese and Assistant Catering Manager, Val Ward, and their team dressed up for the occasion and provided an impressive Halloween theme across the lunch. The food tasted as delightful as ever, even some of it did look a little gory, and the catering team looked spooktacular.
