ISA National Art Competition Winner

Congratulations to our 2024 leaver Annie, who’s A level sketchbook has won the ISA National Art Competition, having been selected from the regional winners earlier this year.
Head of Art, Mark Wood says “A truly outstanding sketchbook full of creative curiosity, finely crafted models and beautiful illustrations. Annie’s work has been celebrated before in year 11 for her ceramics exploring the need to protect our oceans and their biodiversity. We are delighted to see this heightened awareness and care for the environment continue throughout her A Level course and carried with her into her studies of Biological Sciences at university this year. A remarkable achievement and a true changer maker!”
We congratulate too Lily in our Lower Sixth, whose layered felt textile garment also earned a highly commended at the regional contest, coincidently also intricately representing the beauty in our natural world.
