As #mentalhealthawarenessweek continues with the theme of `Moving more for our mental health`, we thought we`d share a video of our Dance Company `LooP` performing at the `Lift Off` Dance Festival 2024 earlier this year. The annual ‘Lift Off’ Dance Festival was hosted by South Hill Park last month. Various schools and dance companies attended the event and our students found it invaluable to spend time with other dancers in a professional venue.Anja (LP dance teacher) created `LooP` because "The transferable skills developed through dance are endless, and the prospect of further performance opportunities available to us as a dance company is a hugely beneficial experience.” ...
Our Dance students spent the day at Rambert Dance Company studios, experiencing a lecture demonstration, a tour of the studios, a workshop and a talk of the history of Rambert with Marie Rambert!
